Bluetooth Transfer Overview 

AC Power Cable for continuous operation or battery charging

This kit supplies several alternate power solutions for your battery-operated PosiTector. They allow the gage to operate continuously without the need for batteries.

Use the cable alone to connect a PosiTector to your PC's built-in USB port that acts as a continuous power source. Or connect the cable to the included power adaptor which plugs into any AC wall electrical outlet, 110 or 220V.

A selection of electrical plugs is included which are capable of dealing with most country’s outlets.

Rechargeable Batteries

• eneloop HR4UTG (NiMH 800 AAA 1.2V)
• Precharged and ready to use immediately
• Considerably longer run time than conventional Nickel Cadmium batteries
• Low self-discharge: once charged, eneloop rechargeable batteries keep 90% of their charge after 6 months and 85% after 12 months

Certified Thickness Standards

Used to verify the accuracy and operation of coating thickness gages and are an important component in fulfilling both ISO/QS-9000 and in-house quality control requirements.

Contracts often specify that coating thickness measurements be taken by gages whose measurement accuracy is traceable to a National Metrology Institute such as NIST or PTB.
