Introduction, Applicability and Acceptance

This Privacy Statement discloses the information collection and dissemination practices for the DeFelsko Corporation (“DeFelsko”) website at www.defelsko.com (the “Site”).  This Privacy Statement applies only to the information that DeFelsko collects, stores and uses on the Site and not to any other information that we collect through any other methods or sources.  Your access to and use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of this Privacy Statement.

Information Collection
DeFelsko is the sole owner of the information collected on the Site.  DeFelsko collects information from our users on our Rapid Response forms and using technology as described below.  Such information includes, but is not limited to, personal information about you and information about your transactions and other activities on our Site.

Information Use
We request information from the user on our Rapid Response forms.  A user must provide contact information (such as name, email and address).  This information is used for contact purposes and for purposes of, without limitation, (1) providing services to you and customer support that you request; (2) processing transactions and sending notices about your transactions; (3) resolving disputes; (4) troubleshooting; (5) to prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities; (6) to enforce this Privacy Statement, the DeFelsko Corporation – Terms and Conditions, the DeFelsko Corporation – Online Data Services Site Terms and Conditions and/or our other policies; and (7) to customize, measure, and improve the services and the content and layout of our Site and applications.  Except as set forth in this Privacy Statement, we DO NOT share personal information with third parties.

Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s computer tied to information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on the Site. We use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies.  For the session ID cookie, once users close the browser, the cookie simply terminates.  A persistent cookie is a small text file stored on the user’s hard drive for an extended period of time.  Session ID cookies will be used when persistent cookies are disabled in your internet browsers security settings.  The Site does not require the use of persistent cookies.  You may disable persistent Cookies in the security settings of your Internet browser.

Log Files
Like most standard Web site servers we use log files.  This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.  IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Communications from the Site

Customer Service
We communicate with users on a regular basis to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their accounts.  We reply via email or phone, in accordance with a user’s wishes.

Sharing
Except as set forth in this Privacy Statement, we DO NOT share personal information with third parties.
